Request for Proposals The Department of Diné Education (DODE)
Purpose of RFP: The Office of Standards, Curriculum & Assessment Development (OSCAD), Department of Diné Education (DODE) is seeking qualified individuals or firms to conduct feasibility study for phase I and thereafter develop capability for online testing for the following assessments: 1.) Oral Navajo Language & Culture Test-Standard Based Assessments (ONLC-T-SBA); 2.) Din4 Language Proficiency Assessment (DPLA); 3.) NN Seal of Bilingual Proficiency Assessment; 4.) Din4 Language & Culture Certification Assessment.
The proposed contract will begin on May 10, 2021 and end June 18, 2021
