Learning & the Brain has issued information on their upcoming conference on April 21-23, 2023 at the New York Sheraton Times Square Hotel in New York City, NY. This conference will also be available online through Zoom.

The title of the confence is “Teaching Social Brains – Strategies to Promote Student Connections, Collaborations, Cooperation, and Belonging.”

Learning & the Brain’s April hybrid conference will explore the “Science of the Social Brain”, which includes the impacts of isolation and peer influences, and the importance of social connections.

Guests will discover ways to create cooperative and collaborative classrooms; reduce conflicts; improve a sense of belonging and identity; teach social and friendship skills; incorporate peer groups and social learning; and promote prosocial behaviors in students to boost school and life success.

Over a dozen featured speakers are scheduled to present at the conference, each bringing a remarkable trove of knowledge to share with guests.
