The Shiprock Office of Diné Youth has announced two upcoming events for the community to attend.
The first event is the Shiprock ODY Skate Jam this Saturday, Oct. 23 at 10 am. The event is open to all Native youth at all skill levels. Helmet and safety protection will be required, as is a Health & Waiver Form.

The second event is the Zombie 5K Fun Run, set for Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 6 pm. The run will start near Berg Park.
Participants can choose to be a “Human” running from the zombies, or they can be a “Zombie” and try to pull the flags from runners who pass by.
The registration cost is $20. Interested parties must fill out the linked form to register and submit it to the Shiprock ODY Office as listed: Zombie 5K Fun Run Registration Form
